El Fogón de Santa Teresa is one of the most recognised restaurants in Castilla y León, serving recipes specialising in traditional Castilian cuisine.Our most famous dishes include natural beans from Barco de Ávila, potatoes scrambled with eggs, wood-roasted meat and of course excellent chuletón (T-bone) from Ávila.
We also have an extensive list of local wines, as well as fantastic homemade desserts, including leche frita (pudding made with milk and eggs) and cinnamon-scented rice pudding.
